  7. Editing, publication and distribution of Air Force Lists and of regulations, orders and forms.  Control of all printing and stationery.
  8. Despatches; arrangements in regard to publication of, verification, preparation and publication of lists of mentions in despatches.
  9. Submissions to His Majesty, except appointments for the London Gazette.
  10. International law including correspondence as to alleged infringements neutrality, internment in neutral countries, Geneva Convention.  Defence of the Realm Act (except Courts Martial).
  11. Prisoners of war; questions of general policy.
  12. Correspondence relating to the appointment of Royal Commissions of Inter-Departmental Committees and of Intra-Departmental Committees where more than one department is concerned; receipt of these reports and watching action taken on such reports.
  13.
