"SKEATS, Thomas George, G/C (Royal Air Force) - Headquarters, Maintenance Command.
This officer is employed on Equipment duties on which he has had very wide experience. He is extremely loyal and painstaking and readily accepts responsibility. He has carried out the duties of head of the new Technical Organisation Branch with marked success."
