Mechanical Transport AP2782A (Section 30) - Radio Vehicles

Radio vehicles were and are treated slightly differently to other types of vehicle.  Chassis can be fitted with a number of different bodies, which while looking similar to each other are equipped with different types of equipment to fulfil a wide range of duties.  Up to at least June 1952 vehicles were listed as complete units, i.e. chassis and body fitted in one but by November 1952 the listings had been split into three parts with Part 1 covering the usual chassis used for the mounting of radio bodies, Part 2 covering the bodies themselves and Part 3 covering vehicles/body combinations.  By December 1956 this section had been reissued as a separate document, AP2782D.

Vehicles as listed up to June 1952 (at least)
