No 165 Wing Personnel, units and locations
This was formed at Dum Dum on 1 October 1942 as No 165 (Tactical) Wing in No 224 Group, initially comprising Nos 27, 79 and 136 Squadrons, also No 3 PRU, No 39 ASP and No 60 RSU. It was transferred to No 221 Group on 1 December then back to No 224 Group on 3 January 1943 and was redesignated RAF Wing HQ Comilla on 1 October 1944.
