HQ No 212 Group Personnel, locations and units

[Dec 1943 | Jun 1944 | Jun 1945 | Jul 1945 | Aug 1945 | Sep 1945]

This Group was initially formed at No 23 Personnel Transit Centre, Helwan on 15 August 1942 and became No 212 (Fighter Control) Group at Benghazi.  Control was transferred from AHQ Western Desert to AHQ Egypt on 25 November.  Now located at Gazala, it was redesignated No 212 (Fighter) Group on 1 December 1942, moving to Benina on 12 December.
