No 906 Wing Personnel, units and locations
RAF Wing HQ Imphal was formed on 1 October 1944 by redesignating No 170 (Bomber) Wing in No 221 Group, moving to Sentinel Hill, Tulihal, on 3 November, where it was redesignated No 906 (Tactical) Wing on 1 December. On 20 May 1945 it was placed under AHQ Burma and disbanded on 13 November 1945 and was absorbed into RAF Mingaladon.
