| 29 Jan 1941 | Personnel sent on embarkation leave |

| 4 Feb 1941 | Kit despatched to Cardington Railway Station |
| 5 Feb 1941 | Personnel entrained at Cardington Station for Liverpool |
| 6 Feb 1941 | Personnel embarked on SS 'Yoma', which was still in the process of being fitted out |
